TRS Javentry (Mace) is the bright red, lacy covering of the nutmeg seed. It has a delicate, warm, and slightly sweeter flavor than nutmeg itself. It's used in Mughlai curries, kormas, biryani, and some desserts.
How to use:
Add 1-2 small blades of mace to a korma or other rich curry at the start of cooking. Remove before serving.
