TRS Urid Dal Chilka - 2kg

TRS Urid Dal Chilka is split black gram (urid) that still has the black skin attached. It is coarser and earthier than the skinned white urid dal. It's used in some traditional dals and in South Indian cuisines for certain preparations.

How to use:

Soak for 4-6 hours. Cook with spices for a rustic, earthy dal.
