TRS Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana) are the large, beige chickpeas most commonly found in Western supermarkets. They are used for chana masala (chickpea curry), hummus, falafel, and chaat. Softer and creamier than brown chickpeas.
How to use (serves 6-8):
Soak 1 cup overnight. Boil for 1 hour until tender. Make chana masala or hummus.
