TRS Garam Masala Powder - 100g

TRS Garam Masala Powder is a ready-made blend of ground spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and nutmeg). Garam masala is added at the very end of cooking to preserve its aroma – not mixed in at the beginning. It transforms a simple curry into something special.

How to use:

Add 1/2 teaspoon to a curry 1 minute before turning off the heat. Stir and cover. Sprinkle over biryani while layering.
