TRS Dalchini - 50g

TRS Dalchini (cinnamon sticks) are the inner bark of the cassia tree, commonly used as "cinnamon" in South Asian cooking. It has a sweet, warm, woody flavor. Used whole in rice dishes, curries, and chai.

How to use:

Add 1-2 sticks (2-3 inches) to 4 cups of rice while boiling, or to chai for flavor.
