TRS Green Cardamom - 50g

TRS Green Cardamom (Choti Elaichi) is one of the most expensive spices by weight, but also one of the most aromatic. It has a sweet, floral, and slightly citrusy flavor. Used in chai, biryani, pilau, kheer, and many meat dishes. A little goes a long way.

How to use:

Add 2-3 crushed pods to chai while brewing, or 4-5 pods to 4 cups of rice while boiling.
