Weikfield Cornflour is pure corn starch. It is used as a thickening agent for soups, sauces, gravies, and custards. It has no flavor of its own and is gluten-free. Mix with cold water before adding to hot liquid to prevent lumps.
How to use:
Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with 2 tablespoons cold water to make a slurry. Add to hot gravy or soup at the end. Stir until thickened.
