TRS Kalonji - 100g

TRS Kalonji (Nigella sativa) are small, black seeds with a slightly bitter, peppery, and oregano-like taste. They are sprinkled on naan bread before baking, used in pickle masalas, and added to potato and pumpkin dishes.

How to use:

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon over naan dough, or add 1 teaspoon to pickle oil for extra flavor.
