Top Op Kamarkas are dried flower buds from the Palash tree (same as Alibaba Kamarkas). They have a slightly bitter taste that mellows after roasting and soaking. Used in rice dishes and traditional wellness recipes.
How to use:
Roast in a dry pan until aromatic, then soak in warm water for 1 hour. Rinse and add to curries or rice.
