It has a richer, more complex sweetness than regular tamarind chutney because of the dates. It's a classic sauce served with chaat, samosas, pakoras, and kebabs. The thick, dark brown sauce has a perfect balance of sweetness and tang. Use it as a dip or drizzle over snacks. Halal. No artificial colors.
