Shan Karachi Beef Biryani

Quick recipe (serves 4-6):

1. Marinate 1 kg beef with Shan Karachi Beef Biryani masala, 250g yogurt, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, and salt for 2-4 hours.

2. Boil 750g basmati rice until 70% done. Drain.

3. Layer rice over the marinated beef in a heavy pot. Add fried onions, green chilies, and mint.

4. Cook covered on low heat for 1 hour or until beef is tender. Serve with raita.
