Schani Mustard Oil is 100% pure mustard oil, cold-pressed for that characteristic pungent kick. It is essential for authentic South Asian pickles (achar), Bengali fish curries, and many Pakistani dishes. Mustard oil must be heated until it smokes before using to mellow its sharpness.

How to use:

Heat the oil in a pan until it just begins to smoke. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then proceed with your recipe. Often used with hilsa fish (ilish).
