Quick recipe (serves 6-8 per pack): Fry 1 kg beef shank in ghee. Add masala, 2 tbsp ginger paste, and 8 cups water. Simmer 4-5 hours until tender. Mix 1/2 cup flour with water, stir in to thicken. Serve with naan, ginger, and lemon.
