Asirvaad Atta in 5kg is great for small families or as a trial pack. The flour is finely ground and gives soft, puffed chapatis. Add a little oil or ghee to the dough for extra softness.

How to use:

Knead atta with salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Roll small circles and deep fry until golden and puffed for puri. Serves 4.
