Vital Kashmiri Teas (Pink Tea) - 220g

Vital Kashmiri Tea is for making Kashmiri pink tea (noon chai or sheen chai). This tea is a specialty of Kashmir, with a unique pink color, a salty (noon) flavor, and a rich, milky texture. It is different from regular chai. This mix contains green tea leaves and sometimes baking soda to create the pink color.

How to use (special recipe):

Boil the tea leaves with water and a pinch of baking soda until the water turns red. Add cold water and boil again. The tea will turn pink. Add milk, salt (to taste), and simmer. Serve with crushed nuts.
