TRS Star Aniseeds - 50g

TRS Star Aniseeds (Star Anise) is a beautiful star-shaped spice with a strong, sweet licorice-like flavor. It is used in Chinese cooking (in five-spice powder), in biryani and pulao (especially in Mughlai cuisine), and in some garam masala blends. A little goes a long way.
