TRS Methi Seeds - 100g

TRS Methi Seeds (Fenugreek) are small, hard, bitter seeds that are an essential spice in South Asian cooking. They are used in spice blends (like sambar powder), pickles, and some vegetable curries. They have a distinct mapley, bitter taste that mellows when cooked.

How to use:

Soak 1/2 teaspoon in 1/4 cup water overnight. The seeds will plump and lose some bitterness. Add to vegetable curries.
