Shan Special Shahi Haleem Mix - 300g

Shan Special Shahi Haleem Mix is the "royal" version of their easy cook haleem. It contains a more aromatic spice blend and may include dried fruit or nuts for a richer taste. "Shahi" means royal. Use it the same way as the regular easy cook haleem mix, but expect a more complex flavor.

Quick recipe (serves 6-8):

1. Boil 1 kg beef or chicken with 8 cups water, Shan Special Shahi Haleem Mix, and 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste until meat is tender (about 1 hour).

2. Shred the meat and simmer until thick.

3. Top with fried onions, ginger slices, green chilies, lemon, chaat masala, and a few extra slivered almonds.
