Quick recipe (serves 4-6):
1. Marinate 1 kg chicken with Shan Punjabi Biryani masala, 250g yogurt, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
2. Boil 750g basmati rice with 2 bay leaves and 4 cardamoms until 70% done.
3. Layer rice over the marinated chicken. Add fried onions, green chilies, and fresh mint.
4. Cook on low heat (dum) for 25-30 minutes. Serve with raita.
