This convenient 2-pack contains two separate 50g packets, with each individual packet perfectly portioned for 1 kg of trotters.

Quick recipe (serves 4-6 per pack): In a pressure cooker, add 1 kg cleaned trotters, masala, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, and 6 cups water. Cook 45-60 minutes until tender. Reduce broth if needed. Serve hot with naan and lemon.
