Heera Goond Katira - 100g

Heera Goond Katira (Tragacanth gum) is a natural gum that swells up when soaked in water, creating a jelly-like texture. It is traditionally used in summer drinks like falooda and thandai to cool the body. Also used in some sweets.

How to use:

Soak 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water overnight. It will swell up to 10x its size. Add to milkshakes, falooda, or lassi. Serves 2-3.
