Bikano Aloo Lachha - 150g

Bikano Aloo Lachha are thin, crispy potato noodles (sev) made from potato flour and chickpea flour. They are deep-fried to a golden crisp and seasoned with salt and mild spices. This is a popular snack in India and Pakistan, often eaten on its own, used as a topping for chaat, or added to Bombay mix. The thin, noodle-like shape makes it fun to eat.
